Refund policy

All Pack & Go trips are strictly non-refundable & non-transferable.

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made (full or partial), refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. This includes medical reasons, personal reasons, missed departures, flight delays or cancellations, and last-minute changes.

All trip arrangements such as accommodation, transport, and local logistics are pre-booked and non-refundable.

Tickets are non-refundable once the trip is booked. Participants are advised to carefully review the shared itinerary, including inclusions and exclusions, before confirming the booking.

Flight Policy (If Applicable)

Flights are not included in the package.

Participants must book only the suggested or shared flights provided by Pack & Go, using the same airport and timings.
If booking flights with different timings or airports, prior confirmation from the Pack & Go team is mandatory.

Pack & Go will not be responsible for any delays, mismatches, or disruptions caused due to alternate flight bookings. No refund will be provided if this results in missing the trip or any part of the itinerary.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Pack & Go terms and the shared itinerary.
