Terms & Conditions :
Refund Policy :
All Pack & Go bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made (full or partial), no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Please review the itinerary, inclusions, and exclusions carefully before confirming your booking.
Flight Policy (If Applicable) :
Flights are not included in the package. Pack & Go will share the airport meeting time, departure time, and expected return arrival time in advance. Participants are responsible for booking their flights according to these shared timings.
The group will depart strictly at the scheduled time. If you fail to arrive at the meeting point on time, Pack & Go reserves the full authority to proceed without you. In such cases, no refund, rescheduling, or compensation will be provided, and Pack & Go will not be responsible for any missed part of the trip due to delayed or incorrectly booked flights.
Food Arrangements :
Pack & Go is a travel community, not a restaurant. Meals will be arranged where possible based on location and availability. Food will be hygienic and as per shared preferences, though five-star standards cannot be guaranteed.
Health & Safety :
Travellers are responsible for their own health and safety throughout the trip. Pack & Go will not be liable for any injury, illness, health complication, accident, or other unforeseen incident, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
By booking the trip, you acknowledge and accept this policy and agree to travel at your own risk.
Please stay safe and take care of yourself throughout the trip.
Itinerary : The itinerary is subject to change, modification, or reordering due to weather conditions, traffic, operational requirements, safety concerns, or any unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be made in the best interest of the trip and participants.
Accommodation : Accommodation, hotel or hostel, room allocation, and room configuration (including room type and sharing arrangement) may be changed if required due to operational reasons or hotel availability. A suitable alternative of a similar standard will be provided whenever possible.
Late Arrival : Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point before the reporting time. The coach will depart at the scheduled time and cannot be delayed for late arrivals. If you fail to arrive on time, the trip will proceed without you, and no refund, rescheduling, or compensation will be provided.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travellers, staff, local communities, and property. Alcohol consumption must remain within limits. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the trip without refund.
Liability for Damages
Any damage caused to accommodation, transport, or property during the trip will be the participant’s responsibility.
Travel at Own Risk
All travel and activities involve inherent risks. Participants join at their own risk. Pack & Go is not responsible for injuries, delays, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is the participant’s responsibility.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In cases of natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions, itineraries may be modified or delayed. Pack & Go is not liable for additional costs arising from such events.
Media Consent
By joining the trip, participants consent to photos and videos being used for Pack & Go’s promotional purposes unless informed otherwise in writing before the trip.
Departure Advisory
Participants must arrive at meeting points on time. Late arrivals may result in the group departing without you, and no refund will be provided.
Return timings may vary due to traffic; onward travel should be planned after 10:00 PM (London).
Optional Activities
Special attraction tickets and optional activities are not included unless specified and must be paid separately.
Acknowledgement
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Pack & Go terms and the shared itinerary.

Cancellation by Pack & Go
In the unlikely event that a trip is cancelled by Pack & Go due to unforeseen circumstances, affected customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
Where applicable, customers will be offered an alternative trip/date or a refund of the amount paid to Pack & Go for the cancelled trip.
Pack & Go will not be responsible for any additional or third-party costs incurred by customers, such as flights, accommodation, transportation, or other personal expenses booked separately.
