Bappa’s in Town is a Ganpati Get-Together & Social, created with one simple intention — to bring together people in London who are missing the Ganpati celebrations, their people and that feeling of home. ❤️

This is a community-led social gathering, not a traditional or fully programmed Ganpati celebration. Elements such as Dhol and other activities are subject to availability. We’ll do our best to bring as much of the festive experience as possible.

But most importantly, the vibe comes from all of us — not just the organisers.

Come with an open mind and the spirit to meet people, celebrate, dance and have a good time together. Rather than expecting a perfectly produced festival, come ready to help us create the atmosphere we’re all missing.
